Feeling hot hot hot
Its hot and sticky again.
Went for a run over the woods today with the dog, but it was pretty uncomfortable, so I cut it short but did some steep hills to make up for it.

Contacted a running club yesterday which train in the same woods that I always run in, so if I can pluck up the courage (I'm quite shy by nature) to attend a run next week it might help me improve, or at least focus my running to breaking my 2hr target.
