Too hot for running
Well, too hot and a bit too lazy.
Did one run on Wednesday over the woods with the dog, very hard work.

All of which may interfere with my running, tenpin bowling, family life etc etc etc.
I know a change is supposed to be as good as a rest - but I'm not so sure.
