A born again runner? After an 11 year lay off after injury, I've dusted off my trainers and started jogging.
This blog is about my running/jogging efforts.
Although occasionally I digress into personal babbling, sorry.
Story so far
I started running in Dec 04 when I was accepted into the London Marathon.
As long as I remain injury free I'll keep on running, but I do need something to focus on hence the sub 2hr target.
