Stringy Ham
As soon as the acceptance letter for the London marathon comes through the letter box I go and strain a hamstring in my left leg.
Its not a serious one and should be fine in 2-3 weeks with lots of TLC (1 week already done) but I just hope this isn't the shape of things to come.
Oh well.
Feet up, a bit of light stretching and a few glasses of red wine - makes marathon training almost a pleasure!
